At JACEWIR, we carefully prepare and package every order so your products can arrive safely.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping options for eligible orders:
• Standard Shipping: $7.99
• Express Shipping: $15.00
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more
Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on the destination, order, or shipping method selected.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully received.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, destination, shipping method, weather, holidays, and circumstances outside of JACEWIR's control.
The estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout is an estimate and is not a guarantee unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.
JACEWIR is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed, please use the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation to monitor the shipment.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned to JACEWIR because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your mailbox or delivery area, around your home, with household members, with neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and contact JACEWIR so we can assist where possible.
JACEWIR is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Warm-Weather Shipping
JACEWIR Shea Butter is a natural product that may soften, melt, or change consistency when exposed to warm temperatures.
During warm-weather shipping, your shea butter may arrive softer than expected or may partially melt and later become firm again.
These temperature-related changes generally do not affect the intended use of the product and are not considered grounds for a return or refund.
We recommend storing your shea butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered for a particular destination, any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.
