All Sales Are Final
At JACEWIR, we carefully prepare and package our products for our customers. Because our products are personal-care and skincare products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to an incorrect or damaged order.
Returns and Exchanges
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Incorrect quantity ordered
• Products that have been opened or used
• Failure to review the product description before purchasing
• Failure to review ingredients or product information
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Packages that tracking shows as delivered
• Natural variations in color, scent, texture, or consistency
• Changes in texture caused by normal temperature fluctuations
• Softening or melting caused by warm weather or exposure to heat
Because raw shea butter is a natural product, texture, firmness, color, and scent may naturally vary from batch to batch. These variations do not necessarily indicate that the product is defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want your JACEWIR order to arrive safely and correctly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photographs showing any visible shipping damage
After reviewing the information, JACEWIR may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Please do not send products back unless JACEWIR specifically instructs you to do so.
Warm-Weather Shipping
JACEWIR Shea Butter is a natural product that can soften or change consistency when exposed to warm temperatures.
During warmer months or hot-weather shipping, the product may arrive softer than expected or may partially melt and later become firm again.
These natural temperature-related changes generally do not affect the product's intended use and are not considered grounds for a return or refund.
We recommend storing your shea butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to JACEWIR because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring that the package can be received safely.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
• Your mailbox or delivery area
• Around your home
• With household members
• With neighbors
• With the shipping carrier
Please contact us if you need assistance locating your package.
Order Cancellation and Shipping Delays
Orders may be processed promptly after purchase. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled or returned.
If JACEWIR is unable to ship an order within the timeframe promised at the time of purchase, applicable law may require us to notify you of the delay and provide cancellation or refund options.
