Delivery Note
Shea butter is sensitive to warm or hot temperatures. If you are not available to receive your product upon delivery and it melts due to extreme temperatures, simply resolidify by refrigerating. Softening does not affect its benefits for the skin.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Processing Delays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
